We are seeking skilled Full Charged Bookkeeper with a heavy focus on A/P in the Boca Raton area.

- Heavy focus on Accounts Payables, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Handle receivables, reconciling payments efficiently.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end close process, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize agency management software for various financial and accounting tasks.
- Work with team members to achieve financial objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or 4+ years of work related experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
- P&C Agency Insurance experience a plus.
- EPIC / AMS 360 or similar insurance software a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work arrangement, two days in the office per week.
