Main Responsibilities of the Full Charge Bookkeeper
- The Full Charge Bookkeeper will prepare, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financials for grants and contracts.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain comprehensive grant files and collaborate with program managers to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting.
- Monitor expenditures, revenues, and budgets, and notify management of any discrepancies.
- The Financial Specialist will maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with tax and benefit regulations.
- Assist with month-end closing, audits, and the development of financial policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications of the Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting
- About 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with QuickBooks

MinSalary: USD70000
