Fulfillment Specialist - Allora Solutions Group

SUMMARY

The Fulfillment Specialist at Charleston Candle Company is responsible for the fulfillment of all orders, tracking inventory, and communicating with production and vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication, and is detail-oriented. This position is located at the warehouse, in West Ashley off Dupont Road.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digitally reviewing and accepting orders and preparing for processing
• Fulfilling and processing all incoming orders
• Print packing slips for all orders
• Communicate the production schedule with the team
• Check inventory after production
• Track inventory
• Pack all orders
• Shipping all orders (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
• Communicate with vendors

SKILLS

• Detail oriented
• Willing to learn and being able to adapt
• Flexible: Must be willing to jump in and assist production team
• Shopify experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend stand, crouch, kneel
• Stand or sit at a computer

SCHEDULE

• 30 hours per week
• 10-4 Monday through Friday
• Flexible hours if needed (9-3, 8-2, 7-1)
