Fulfillment Clerk from System One

• Located in Eatontown, NJ
• Contract to hire, full time: 40-45 hours per week
• Paying $22 - $23 per hour
• Dayshift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM OR 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Works with a small team of Fulfillment Clerks and ensures newly manufactured debit cards match customer profile and customer information found in order.
• Manually checks data listed on individual debit cards (electronically) to ensure data listed on debit card matches customer information
• Helps process and prepare customers orders for mail (credit cards, bank cards, money cards, etc.) 
• May assist with operating production machinery that manufactures debit cards.  And may help resolve minor equipment issues such as clearing paper jams, resetting/restarting machine (printer), quarantines non-conforming material for further inspection.
• Enters customer information and catalogs debit card using MS Excel spreadsheet (basic data entry)
• Reads customer order sheet to understand entire orders and production goals.
• Proactively stage materials needed for production (envelops, paper, ink, ribbon, pallets, shrink-wrap, etc.)
• Operates machinery and equipment (printers, postage meter, etc.) Preforms test run with machinery and inspects the quality of product.
• Heavily uses computerized system to update data on file for each mail run. Use of computer is equally important as running the print machinery. 50% of the work time will be entering data and working on the computer uploading data into the manufactured component. (significant training offered)
• Chain of custody sheets (paper & electronic) will be signed off for each product run once complete and passes from one station to another (product = live credit & debit cards).
• Maintains a clean, neat and well organized work area.  Follows written procedures, monitors equipment and communicates with management when issues arise or supplies become low.
• Preforms a variety of other duties as assigned. We are a small operation and share responsibilities, help one another on the team and pitch-in wherever needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is desired (MS Office). 
• Must be able to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking)
• At leas one (1) year experience operating production machinery (Machine Operation), or other banking or accounting / reconciliation experience
• Must possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of product
• Strong computer skills. Should comfortable at all time on computer.
• Must have legible handwriting and be able to write neatly and concisely 
• Must be able to preform basic data entry and ensure accuracy
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, bend, stoop, carry material, etc.
