Who Are We Looking For
JDI Distribution is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This role requires physical labor, the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and experience working in warehouse conditions. The Fulfillment Lead will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the fulfillment department and will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager.
Duties
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of goods.
- Perform materials handling tasks including loading and unloading shipments.
- Adhere to safety regulations and OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in training new employees on warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Physical Labor: Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds consistently and working in a warehouse environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring quality and speed.
- Palatalizing: Safely palletize, shrink-wrap, and prepare products for shipping or storage.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory refilling, organizing stock, and picking bins for orders.
- Stock Replenishment: Proactively ensure stock levels are maintained and accessible for smooth operations.
- Pallet Jack Operation: Use a pallet jack to transport goods within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Coordination with Logistics: Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely shipment and product flow.
- Documentation: Update and maintain accurate records using Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word).
- Attention to Detail: Verify order accuracy and inspect items before packaging and shipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring products are stored in the proper locations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Expected Hours: 40 per week

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required).
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory management experience is a plus.
- Must be physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects (50 lbs).
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, warehouse environment with changing tasks and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and inventory.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as a pallet jack (training provided if needed).
- Dependable with the ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively with team members.
