About the Job
• Read product pick lists and use the information to select appropriate items from inventory.
• Use a computerized robot (Perfect Pick) to add items to inventory and remove items from inventory.
• Use a handheld scanner to scan items and follow the appropriate process to remove or add items to inventory.
• Scan products using a handheld scanner.
• Match products to shipping lists to ensure accuracy of customer orders.
• Select proper mailing and packaging materials to ship items and conserve resources.
• Review shipping information for products and customer to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor all shipments against regulations and shipping standards to ensure compliance.
• Package items for shipping in a manner that will conserve shipping expenses and maintain the quality of the products during shipping.
• Follow all procedures and guidelines when packaging items for shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Sort packages according to shipping classifications.
• Maintain a clean and well stocked work area to promote efficiency and decrease risk of product damage.
• Work efficiently and accurately to achieve daily production goals set by the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours at a time or duration of shift, ability to twist, bend, and lift consistently.
• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects various distances throughout the shift.
• Ability to climb a ladder.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
• The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
• The ability to speak clearly so others can understand.
• Fine motor skills including reach, grasp, pinch, and touch.
Work Environment:
• Temperature controlled Warehouse environment with moderate level of noise.
