Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr – $26/hr Depending on experience
Position Overview:
This company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Associate. This full-time position is ideal for someone compassionate, articulate, and detail-oriented. The Fulfillment Associate role will be onsite from Monday – Friday. As the Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in back-end operations managing inbound and outbound mail, paperwork, and digital files.
Responsibilities of the Fulfillment Associate:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
- Ensure all outgoing mail, packages, and shipments are processed in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist with digital file and timesheet processing as needed.
Qualifications for the Fulfillment Associate:
- Must exhibit a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Detailed-oriented with experience working in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and web-based applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be able to work onsite in Latham, New York.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or 1+ years of experience.
