FT Mechanic III Building Maintenance - ADUSA Distribution

Perform maintenance on all building and equipment both inside and outside the facility without assistance unless conditions require more than one person. Perform high quality work in a safe fashion and understand all safety rules for the task being performed. Responsible to work productively and make suggestion for improvements.

? Enter their work into the computer maintenance system throughout their work shift and able to use the system to investigate repeat repairs and previous work performed on that equipment.
? Proficient in performing preventative and predictive maintenance with little or no assistance.
? Able to safely shut down systems.
? Make sure all equipment meets standards, codes and regulatory requirements.
? Able to trouble shoot and perform repairs on complex systems and equipment.
? Using the skill matrix, be able to perform in areas of responsibility as defined on their personal skill matrix. The skill sets will be determined by management based on the needs of the department and the mechanics demonstrated ability to perform these.
? Able to use DVOM and other electrical testing devices.
? Need to stay current with today’s technology as required and offered by training.

? Mechanical and electrical aptitude
? Schematic / blueprint reading
? Willing to work flexible hours / on call
? Mechanics are required to supply their own tools

? Dexterity with both hands
