Job Title: Assistant Manager

Position Overview: The Assistant Manager is responsible for executing all operational, merchandising, and managerial functions during their assigned shift. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will serve as the manager-on-duty.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Manage inventory levels and merchandising standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and store goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
