Schwan’s is a place for people with an appetite for more. We are hiring an FSQ Systems Specialist. This role can be based at our headquarters in Bloomington, MN or any of our manufacturing facilities in the United States. This person will be responsible for program administration, training, documentation and reporting in new and existing FSQ applications, including but not limited to SafetyChain, InfinityQS, Specification and MRP/ERP systems. What you will get from us: + Opportunity to work on exciting, strategic projects in partnership with key leaders and showcase your creative, communication and technical skills. + A culture focused on ensuring the health, safety and well-being of its employees + Support and mentorship from team members who are authentic, good-natured and highly skilled + Competitive wages, incentive pay and a comprehensive package of benefits Responsibilities: + Continuous process review to apply updates or identify improvements to accommodate changes in FSQ programs or system upgrades. + Assist with implementation of FSQ applications in Schwan’s facilities; will at times require travel to the locations. + Development of training guides and plans to support plant FSQ departments. + Work with cross-functional teams to identify needs, develop application processes and provide reporting to assist FSQ and R&D with improving food safety, maintaining product consistency and driving business results. + Database management and troubleshooting within SafetyChain, InfinityQS and MRP/ERP systems. + Assist with support and maintenance of databases and applications. + Investigate legacy processes for improvement needs and use within the FSQ systems. + Interact with staff across all platforms and departments. + Provide support and guidance with project management. + Development of test cases and training documentation. + Data analysis, investigation and report generation. + Trains and develops users remotely. + Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct. Qualifications: + High School degree or Bachelors degree or equivalent work related experience + Typically has 1-3 years related work experience + Knowledge of database management + Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word) + Ability to work with remote staff to perform trouble shooting for users + Independent, self-starter with the ability to work with teams + Detail oriented, critical thinking, problem solving, analytical + Experience in/with Manufacturing and FSQ + This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications associated with the job.
