We are seeking a Permanent FSE Compliance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and quality of our operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sanitation, standards, policies, safety regulations, and inventory management. They will have a proven track record in implementing and monitoring compliance measures in the food service industry. This position will play a key role in ensuring that our company continues to meet the highest standards of safety and quality in all our operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of FSE compliance, including food safety, sanitation, and quality control.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to compliance programs.
Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all products meet safety and quality standards.
Train staff on compliance standards and procedures, and ensure that these standards are consistently adhered to.
Respond to any compliance issues promptly and effectively, implementing corrective action plans as necessary.
Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant regulations and standards, and ensure that the company's compliance programs are updated accordingly.
Work closely with other departments to ensure that compliance standards are integrated into all areas of the business.
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in FSE compliance, including experience with sanitation, standards, policies, safety regulations, and inventory management.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to compliance issues.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
