JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective: Our Front Office Supervisor will have the opportunity to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and the proper completion of all front office tasks. They are responsible for leading the bell staff, coat room attendants and front desk agents while maintaining a Cosmos standard of efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. They will work with their team to assist members and guests in all front office-related areas.

Essential Functions:

• Trains, cross-trains and retrains all front office personnel
• Develops and implements all front office standard operating procedures
• Updates group information; maintains, monitors and prepares group requirements; relays information to all concerned staff members
• Orders, prices and tracks the sales of front desk retail merchandise, working with Member & Guest Relations Coordinator

Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years of related experience preferred
• Ability to read and speak English is required
• Exceptional communication and writing/editing skills
• Excellent attention to details and follow through
• Outstanding ability to work effectively in teams of diverse people and organizations
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communications, computer and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed
