We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Your organizational skills and ability to multitask will be key to maintaining an efficient front office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishments as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
