Description: As a Front Office Representative at TMZ Events, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment, handling inquiries, and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about our events, services, and policies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
