Front Office Professional - CQ Partners

Hearing Solutions, a privately-owned Audiology practice in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a Front Office Professional to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community since 2014 and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.

We seek a sales-focused customer service or administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology. We would love to be able to train someone to grow in the field and eventually obtain their HIS certification.

The following Duties & Responsibilities are central to the role:

• Taking inbound and making outbound calls
• Working with computers and computer programs
• Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments
• Insurance verifications & prior authorizations
• Maintain patient records & manage patient charts
• Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions

To ensure success candidates should also possess the following Experience & Skills:

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers
• An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
• Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software
• High School Diploma

• Business school or Associate degree preferred
