Pay Range: Min $57,200.00 + depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front desk operations and reservations.

Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.

Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hotel front office management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in hotel management software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

High school diploma; degree in hospitality management preferred.
