Rate of Pay: $32-$35/hour

What You'll Do:
Business Office Manager | Bookkeeper | Accounting
- Maintain resident billing data
- Maintain resident files, ensures Admission Agreements and Service Plans are updated in Yardi
- Responsible for collecting, posting, and depositing all resident rent checks monthly
- Processes all invoices and prepares accounts payable for submission to home office accountant; verifies the accuracy of all checks received from accountant
- Accurately maintains community records of all AP/AR
- Responsible for reconciling petty cash and petty cash checking on weekly basis
- Prepares all required bookkeeping reports and submits to home office
- Prepares and participates in monthly and yearly financial/budget review process
- Works closely with Home Office Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of all bookkeeping/accounting correspondence
Business Office Manager | Bookkeeper | Accounting
- 2-year degree in Business or Accounting preferred
- Minimum 2-years experience in bookkeeping, including but not limited to A/R and A/P
- Intermediate computer skills proficiency including Word, Excel, and accounting software
- Experience using Yardi preferred
- Must be detail orientated and possess strong organizational skills
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Solid commitment to customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to represent the community in a positive and professional manner
