Job Details
As the Front Office Manager, you understand that effective systems and procedures are essential for creating an environment where students and staff can excel. You will be part of a team of front office and operational staff dedicated to ensuring smooth daily operations.
Lead responsibilities:
Accurately record daily attendance
Print and collect all attendance verification forms
Notify Deans about concerns related to students skipping classes, consistently being late to the first period, or leaving campus without permission
Support first period tardiness interventions, including data entry and parent communication
Manage parent communications through the main office
Maintain accurate student records and paperwork, including alternate income forms, student identification, and immunization records
Handle file requests and responses
Provide translation services as needed
Maintain a professional, welcoming front office environment
Execute print requests and manage copy systems
Ensure daily and weekly reports are printed, including updated status reports
Direct families to the appropriate staff members and ensure messages are communicated accurately
Collect student payments for various activities (AP tests, prom, etc.)
Supporting responsibilities:
Participate in daily operational systems, including arrival/breakfast, lunch, dismissal, and supervision as needed
Support the execution of school events
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
You believe that excellent teaching is key to achieving our school’s mission and see your role as supporting teachers in focusing on their teaching.
Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to translate both verbally and in writing.
Experienced in supporting complex systems and procedures.
Proven team player with ambitious outcomes.
Proficient in Google Documents, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Professional, warm, and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues.
Quick learner and team player.
