Our beautiful hotel is located halfway between downtown Denver and the Denver International Airport, just across from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and the Children's Hospital of Colorado.
We are looking for a top-performing, experiencedFront Office Manager. Ourfront office manager acts as the face of the establishment and is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest services from the moment someone walks through the door. Excellent communication skills are required to hire, train, and supervise hotel front desk staff, interact with guests during check-in and throughout their stay. Additional tasks include mitigating hotel guest complaints, compiling occupancy reports and financial information. This is a supervisory role overseeing front desk operations. - Maintains day-to-day operations of the Front Office department.
- Promoting our Guest Satisfaction Scores to exceed brand standard
- Establishes and maintains appropriate service standards for all Front Office areas.
- Maintains proper cash handling procedures and appropriate over/short documentation.
- Adheres to all hotel policies with regards to hiring, disciplinary actions, and required training documentation.
- Engages staff and promotes positive associate engagement
- Promotes training practices and professional development for team
- Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum, and social skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills, manage time well, correctly prioritizes, and is flexible.
- Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
