Front Office Manager
Location: Albuquerque, NM, 87107
The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and overall efficiency of front office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to train and motivate staff to provide exceptional service to guests and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services
- Train and supervise front office staff, ensuring they are prepared to provide excellent service to guests and visitors
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily revenue and occupancy reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for front-office operations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
