Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information or routing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients.
- Scheduling and following up on appointments.
- Validating payment methods and benefit coverage.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate recipients.
- Supporting various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborating with team members as needed to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position is preferred.
- High school diploma, undergraduate degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations with ease.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Computer knowledge is required- Google Drive and Microsoft Office Programs and the ability to learn new programs.
