We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice on in Los Angeles, CA. - Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday OFF
- Sunday OFF
The Front Office Coordinator should:
Meet and greet our patients is our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- The ability to multitask is a must
- Must be able to manage your time appropriately to ensure a productive day
- Verifying insurance benefits for patients and have a clear understanding to explain to patients
- Making appointments and communicating with other offices in regards to referrals
- Balancing the day and depositing checks
- Acquiring all pertinent info/documents from patients for appointments
- Sending dental claims to insurance companies
- Posting patient and insurance payments
- Desire to be efficient in reading account ledgers, EOB's, and explaining patient balances when inquire about
- Presenting treatment plans to patients
- Collecting payments from patients and helping with billing
- Be a team player and willing to help other team members when needed
- At least 1 year of experience in Dental or Medical as Front Office Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator or similar roles
- Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus
- Knowledge of Dental operations a plus
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
