Winning Smiles is looking for a Dental Front Office Coordinator who loves to help patient’s understand their dental health. Office Hours: Our schedule is guaranteed to provide consistent full time hours!
- Monday: 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (2-3x per month)
- Saturday: 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (1-2x per month)
Responsibilities:
The Dental Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to) :
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Process and complete claim forms.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a dental front office role
- Great customer service experience required
- Basic knowledge of dental insurance benefits
- Eager to learn new skills and be a valued team member
