Position Overview
The Front Office Assistant is responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office and designated areas related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to front office.
Location and Hours of Position
PHN Latrobe Health Center. The position is full time. The general office hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
NO WEEKENDS
Compensation
Front Office Assistant starts at $16.00 per hour
PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.
Education/Experience Requirements
· GED/High School Diploma must be obtained within the first year of employment with the Network (prep courses and exam costs are reimbursable by Network)
Minimum of one (1) year professional office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
