Front Office Administrator - Bilingual Spanish - ViaSun Corporation

ViaSun Corporation is seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Administrator to join our team. As a Front Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and fellow team members providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized conference room and reception area.
• Maintain the the conference room and break rooms stocked
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating reports.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional and pleasant demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Front Office Administrator or similar role is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is required
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
