Summary
As a member of the front-of-house team, you'll create memorable experiences for our guests' supervising operations. The front-of-house staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and works in a professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. Managing the daily business operations of the Restaurant by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Employee management including assisting with hiring, training, and terminations
- Positive style customer service and engagement
- Clean, safe, and consistent food preparation
- Assist with Staff scheduling within labor budgets
- Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge base on current trends
- Develop and manage ongoing safety and sanitation protocols
- Fully participate in company initiatives
- POS system management
- Other various operational responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises all employees in the restaurant, Servers, Bartenders, support staff, and any other front of house employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assisting with hiring, firing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
