Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will collaborate closely with the Proprietor to oversee three key areas: People, Sales, and Profits. While the main focus will be on nurturing our front-of-house team, they will also play a role in recruiting, training, and developing all Team Members. Ensuring a culture of respect, they will have a hand in hiring and terminations. Driving sales through exceptional service, the Restaurant Manager will execute sales growth strategies both within and beyond the restaurant.

·        The Restaurant Manager should exemplify exceptional guest orientation with the utmost honesty and integrity.

·        Open availability is a prerequisite for the Restaurant Manager.

·        Driving positive sales growth and increasing guest counts are essential skills for the Restaurant Manager.

·        Passion for developing and mentoring others is a key trait for the Restaurant Manager.

·        This role mandates at least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
