• Running the Show: You're at the wheel, managing and refining every detail of the restaurant's front of house operations. From the warm welcome at the door to the memorable farewell, it's all in your hands.
• Leading the Troops: You'll inspire our waitstaff, providing feedback and fostering a can-do atmosphere. As one of our previous managers said, "Seeing my team flourish and excel was the highlight of my career."
• Creating the Vibe: You'll set the stage, ensuring every detail – from lighting and music to linens and table settings – is spot on.
• Delivering Stellar Service: By keeping an eye on service quality, you'll ensure every guest experience is out of this world.

Here's What We're After:

• Solid experience as a Front of House Manager in a similar fine dining setting.
• Top-notch leadership skills with a flair for nurturing talent and fostering a positive work environment.
• A firm grasp of restaurant operations, including service standards and guest relations.
• A deep-seated passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
