Front End Web Developer/Visual Designer - 4 Media Central

Summary:

We are seeking a talented Front End Web Developer to create engaging user experiences and build robust infrastructure for our digital marketing solutions. This position plays a critical role in how our users interact with our products, and you will be an integral part of a creative team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Project Management, and Quality Assurance (QA), to deliver high-quality products that enhance customer experiences and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for creating pixel-perfect UI/UX designs and optimizing user interfaces for performance and accessibility across devices. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement solutions to enhance the customer experience and develop reusable web software components. Timely task completion while maintaining quality standards is essential, as is fostering a collaborative environment and mentoring junior developers. You may also be assigned additional projects as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience designing and building responsive marketing websites.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is essential, along with expertise in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Familiarity with Git for version control, strong communication and collaboration skills, and effective time management are also important.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with design patterns like OOP and MVC, knowledge of PHP 8, Laravel Blade, SSH/SFTP, and NGINX is advantageous, as is familiarity with Atlassian applications (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence). Experience with AI technologies (ChatGPT, Midjourney) and front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, SCSS, Tailwind CSS) and API integrations (REST, GraphQL) is a plus.
