Job description
We are seeking a highly energetic individual with strong skills in sales, who thrives in a team environment
and is focused on providing a platform for an exceptional customer experience. This position is the "front
line" or the "first impression" of what our members and guests see when they visit our clinic.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and coach the Wellness Advisor team in all sales and service-related
matters. Sales Managers will work closely with each Wellness Advisor to create daily, monthly and quarterly
sales goals in the areas of need for the business. You will meet regularly with your Clinic Manager to
assess the current team and business needs and outline action steps for continuous growth.
As part of the management team, it is vital to create and maintain an open-door environment where all
parts of the business can come to you with question or concerns and know they will be addressed or
handled with respect and tact. As a team, we're committed to delivering an excellent experience every time
and growing our member base to help more people on their wellness journey. Your role in our mission is
converting guests to members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing
experience
Job Requirements:
-Excellent sales, communication, and customer centered skills
-Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
-Must have strong, effective communication skills in person, on phone and email
-Must be able to work under pressure and meet sales goals
-Must have proficient computer skills
Responsibilities:
-Execute a full circle sales process
-Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the Clinic Manager
-Conduct tours with new guests to build rapport to facilitate sales
-Be knowledgeable about services, products and pricing
-Emphasize and enforce objectives of the clinic with sales team
-Manage schedule to accommodate guests with the intent to grow our membership base
-Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment
-Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
-Other duties as assigned

-Must be able to work days/evenings and weekend hours

Qualified Candidates:
- Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required
- Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team
- Can have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner
