FRONT-END MOBILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Innova Solutions, is hiring a Front-end Software Engineer to serve a
leading healthcare provider.
We are seeking this Front-end Software "Mobile Focused" Engineer to
develop the Clinic's front-end experiences using React Native, Swift
(iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android).
Websites delivered out of AEM will follow a React hybrid headless model,
leveraging AEM Single Page Application (SPA) editor.
Position type: Fulltime contract
Duration: 12 months and ongoing (multi-year project)
Location: Remote within USA.
Pay Range: $125-140,000/W2
REQUIREMENTS:
- React Native, Swift language and/or Kotlin
PLEASE NOTE: You must have experience using 2 or more of above
in building apps.
- Soft skills are CRITICAL: Communication skills will be a
priority as this position will work closely with the Product Owner,
Dev Team, and other stakeholders. We seek someone who is
collaborative/responsive, a real "go-getter" (i.e. forward
thinking, works ahead when able). We want someone who demonstrates
strong initiative and doesn't wait for the client to ask for
updates or assign work.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
- AEM developer (Adobe Experience Manager is clients new Content
Management System - Java is the language associated with this area)
- API/GraphQL (Apollo is the GraphQL framework that's being used &
TypeScript is the language)
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks, work management tools (TFS, Jira).
DevOps practices will be advantageous.
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React,
Angular, Vue.js, etc.
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git

- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Experience with task runners and build tools, such as Webpack or
Gulp
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data structures
CANDIDATE EVALUATION PROCESS:
The question will be asked: Has the candidate built an app themselves?
An IOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) Codility test (whichever candidate is
strongest in) will be given
A React Native Codility test will be given.
There will be a Behavioral Interview
A homework assignment will be provided: build an app & present it to the
client hiring panel.
