Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor
Schedule: 2:30 PM - 11 PM, must be available weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations.
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Direct team members to maintain high guest service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and mentor new front desk staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proficient in hotel management software.
