Job Summary: The Front Desk Supervisor assists the Front Desk Manager and/or Director of Operations, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests before and during their stay. This role is crucial in maximizing room revenue and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk operations and staff.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out and inquiries.
- Handle reservations and maximize room revenue.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Train and mentor front desk staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; degree in hospitality preferred.
- Previous front desk experience required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
