Front desk - Kasey Paige Assisted Living, LLC

Kasey Paige Assisted Living, a long-term care facility located in St.Louis , MO. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced front desk/receptionist to work full or part time. Scheduling hours are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11p-7am and every other weekend.
Hourly pay $11.15
Job duties:

• Greet all persons who enter the facility in a courteous manner, informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists residents, visitors, staff or vendors tactfully and congenially to present the best possible image of the facility.
• Answer and transfer calls, use basic office equipment ie computer, printer, fax.
• Help maintain virtual calendar with scheduled resident visits and appointments.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
• Make sure all visitors and residents sign in and out of the building.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School graduate or GED preferred. Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner.
• Must be able to multi task, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:Physical effort is minimal. Most of the work day is spent sitting, standing intermittently, and bending. Must be able to lift and carry up to twenty (20) pounds. Requires continuous mental and visual attention to diversified operations. Must be able to function efficiently despite distractions and interruptions. Communicates orally and/or in writing with residents, coworkers, families, and public as needed.
