Front Desk Receptionist (Temp) - Fourth Floor

Our client is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. Pay is DOE.

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday: 11am-7 pm & Saturday: 11am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Answering all phone and email inquires - forward calls as needed

• Manage the front desk- greet & check in all guests

• Complete clerical tasks such as paperwork, scanning & filing

• Ensure office supplies are available & ordered

• Assist in coordinating appointments, staff meetings & trainings

• Act as a liaison for several departments

• Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld

• Perform administrative functions to support different business areas

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of office management/reception experience.

• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times

• Strong problem solving skills

• Impeccable attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
