What We Are Looking For:
We are looking to hire a Reception Desk Specialist. The Specialist is responsible for answering inbound calls and directing callers to the appropriate staff members. They are also responsible for greeting and logging all visitors, granting gate access to trucks & other vehicles and other clerical work as determined. This position would be a full-time position, Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to their proper departments.
- Learn and follow call transfer protocols for various department heads.
- Greet, check in and log all visitors to the company.
- Log and oversee all non-worker vehicles coming on to company grounds.
- Complete all assignments given by the Customer Service Manager and/or Operations Manager (reports to Customer Service Manager).
- Always maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with callers and visitors to the company.
- Upon assignment by CS Manager, assist other Departments with organization, cataloging and other file maintenance work.
- Self-starter, works with minimal supervision, keeps smiling!
Required Skills:
- Fluent In English
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two years experience staffing a reception desk preferred but not required.
- Experience with multiline phones.
- Strong MS Office 356 skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
- Excellent command of the English language including effective written and oral communication skills
- Database entry experience a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize work.
- Excellent people skills and a great deal of patience
- Disciplined, energetic and results oriented.

Compensation:
- Competitive starting salary of $17 to 19 per hour (based on experience).
