Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Interlinc Financial Advisors, Inc. in Plano, TX. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling for the office, phone etiquette & skills, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent client service and client experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, experience and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Strong Client Service and client experience abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must
• Previous experience scheduling multiple advisors is a must
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of Ring Central (how to set it up and how to use it) is a must
• Knowledge of Calendly (how to set it up and how to use it) is a must
• CRM skills (Wealthbox)
