Horsham Center for Jewish Life, is looking for a Customer Service-Oriented Receptionist to join our team!

Previous reception experience is required.

Part Time: Weds-Fri 4pm-8pm & every other Sunday 2pm-8pm

Job Responsibilities

• Direct telephone calls to the proper extension.
• Provide excellence in customer service when answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate personnel
• Page designated person when the need requires.
• Receive and channel all messages in a responsible manner.
• Greet visitors and vendors
• Alert Office Supervisor if problems arise.
• Send drivers to pick up residents from doctor appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Office Supervisor, as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: front desk receptionist: 1 year (required)
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Possess a warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
• Possess effective communication skills
• Always willing to go above and beyond when it comes to assisting our residents, visitors, out-side vendors and team members
