Position Overview:
The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while managing the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage appointments and office supplies
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks and clerical support for various departments.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
