About the Job
Our long tenured client, a well known law firm in Bergen County, NJ, is seeking an experienced receptionist to join one of their satellite offices.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and routing calls and relaying messages.
- Greeting visitors.
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
- Coordinate mail/Fed Ex and distribute deliveries.
- Arrange appointments, and update calendars as needed.
- Perform basic filing and clerical duties including scanning files.
• Mail monthly invoices for billing.
• Ordering supplies for the office and kitchen. - Special projects on an as-needed basis.
- Hours are 8:30a – 5:30
- YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:
- 1+ year of reception/administrative experience in a Professional Services environment (law firm/accounting firm/doctor's office)
- A High School Diploma
- Solid Microsoft Office experience
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds (occasionally)
