Full Job Description
Mint Cannabis is seeking an experienced, friendly, and enthusiastic Dispensary Host to join our team. This role requires an individual who enjoys interacting with people and can stand for long periods. As a Dispensary Host, you will be our patients' first point of contact and play a crucial role in ensuring they have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Engagement and Hospitality:
- Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings.
- Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Queue Management:
- Distribute preroll cards and answer any questions if there is a long line.
- Utilize the Host iPad:
- Efficiently use the iPad to manage patient information and updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
- Bubbly Welcoming Personality:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Customer Guidance:
- Assist customers in the lobby by directing them to the appropriate line for Online Orders or Walk-Ins.
- Team Coordination:
- Understand the strengths of our budtenders to guide patients to the most suitable person for their needs.

- Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hosting, hospitality, greeter (Preferred)
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Basic proficiency with using an iPad or similar devices.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
