They are committed to representing accident victims within the tristate area. Their attorneys specialize in helping clients through the complex litigation process to obtain full compensation after a serious or fatal accident.

Who You Are:

Liakas Law, P.C. is hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist in the Financial District. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role.

What You'll Do:

• MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH
• Greet and assist onsite guests with a positive and helpful approach
• have experience in a legal office or medical office setting
• Handle a high volume of calls to screen and direct to different departments within our firm (and forward answering service emails)
• Take detailed notes on each phone call
• Provide general office support and assistance in completing miscellaneous projects as needed
• Assist and oversee visitors with sign-in and sign-out procedures
• Help maintain an organized front desk/lobby
• Monitor the whereabouts of attorney's and staff in order to appropriately handle telephone calls, visitors and/or questions
• Occasionally assist with light hospitality for guests when necessary, i.e. coffee, water, drinks

What You Bring:

• Spanish (Required)  
• 2 years Customer service experience (Required) 
• Phone etiquette
• Patience under pressure
• Multi-tasking
• Strong Communication
• Organizational skills

Schedule:

• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. This is an in-office position.

Salary: $37,440-$43,680 per year
