Job Description:

Mother Teresa Regional Catholic School is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist.

Duties:

· Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

· Answer phone calls, schedule student transportation

· Track daily Attendance

· Assist with event planning and coordination

· Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying

· Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area

· Other duties as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite, or other office software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
