American Home Design is hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our Goodlettsville office. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services

Greeting clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.

Ability to work well with all personality types and team members

Schedule appointments with customers.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Sorting and distributing mail.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., email, MicroSoft and or Google Workspaces).

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, but not required.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
