- Schedule Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. In-Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and greeting the public in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Operate the switchboard phone lines.
- Prepares documents for imaging.
- Assists in packing and preparing employees shipments.
- Prepares copies according to customer specification.
- Ensures all domestic and international shipments are processed and logbooks are maintained.
- Receives shipments from various couriers and processes shipment by sorting and delivering.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to answer the phone and greet the public in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus.
- Must have great PC skills.
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Work well under pressure and with high workloads.
- Express ideas clearly and show sensitivity to others needs.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Reliability is key: Must be able to show up to work on time every day.
