Front Desk receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant Westminster, CO
must speaks fluent Spanish
Focus on scheduling patients, making outgoing calls for marketing, creating posts on social media, taking payments, detail oriented. Communication with patients about finances, accountability, conversations focused on health. Time managing the office flow. Tracking patients care plans and next steps.
Salary (range):
Hourly $20-22
Specialized training will be provided.
The ability to stay focused and multitask, work independently, as well as computer skills are a must. You MUST be well organized.
Tasks include: Ritz Carlton patient care, office procedures, mastering the appointment schedule, receiving and making phone calls, filing, decorating the office, and designing flyers.
Greet patients, maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Oversee patient schedules.
Guide patients to information about Five Essentials, assist in signups and marketing for events and Advanced Workshops.
Coordinate re-exams, maintain files, general clerical duties.
Oversee patient flow. Maintain statistics and other key documents.
Contact corporations about setting up Lunch and Learns.
Work local events at our booth in order to spread the message of health and grow the amount of people who understand the importance of chiropractic.
Prepare for and attend amazing Advanced Workshops, events and seminars (out of state) throughout the year.
Assist other departments as needed.
Travel is required, which can include some weekends.
Must be able to communicate in both English AND Spanish.
