Front Desk Receptionist - G&G Enterprises

• Open/Close Office
• Coordinate and schedule the retrieval of payments from Subcontractors, Employees, etc.
• Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members and take messages as necessary
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and document preparation 
• Maintain hard-copy filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
• Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained 
• Coordinate Festive Office Décor
• Meet and greet visitors while providing a positive in-office experience
• Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
• Ensure a clean, organized office environment
• Manage and coordinate scheduling of Conference Room(s)
• Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, or communications is required
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
• Proficiency in Mocrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g. multi-line phone system, fax machine) 
• Excellent people skills, including awareness of confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good telephone etiquette
• Experience in multi-line telephone systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask
