Your specific duties will include:
- Answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Processing and managing pre-closing matters for each file.
- Ensuring tax certificates and surveys are included in the file.
- Confirming the inclusion of authorization documents in the file.
- Verifying the legal description with commitments and surveys.
- Recording documents and Preparing title policies.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
- Title or Escrow experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with others, including peers, supervisors, external customers, vendors, and internal customers.
- Proficiency in accurate typing and computer skills.
