Front Desk Receptionist and Admin Assistant - Smart Insured Solutions, LLC

Insurance agency located in North Dallas, TX is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented bilingual employee to join our team. As a team member, you will help with front desk reception, customer service and various tasks in office administration. The position comes with base salary plus commission bonus.

Salary Range: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, taking detailed messages.
• Assist customers with any questions regarding their policy/account through incoming calls and emails.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records and files.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Assist Management with administrative documents and projects when assigned.
• Update, maintain, keep up with posting social media campaign for the agency

• Self-motivated learner that works well independently and within a team concept.
• Excellent time management, planning, organization, and prioritizations skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Punctuality and reliability a must for this position.
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Offices products (Excel, Words, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Bi-lingual candidate who fluent in English/Vietnamese is strongly desired but not required.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is a plus but not required.
