About the Job
The Beauty Institute - Philadelphia is currently looking to add to our night team at our campus in Philadelphia, PA. The right candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude and be a team player. As the first face seen when anyone comes through our doors, we look to our Front Desk Coordinator to continually be proactive in creating a pleasant atmosphere. The goal is to always maintain a positive environment for our students, teachers and clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting Clients
- Scheduling Appointments
- Successfully re-booking clients to achieve salon goals
- Build and Maintain client relations through excellent customer service and promotion
- Handling Client Check-Ins and Check-Outs
- Answering Phones
- Maintaining Inventory and Placing Orders
- Maintaining a pleasant environment for students, teachers, and clients
